Renewal of Contract

Renewal of Contract means that the helper will be renewing his/her 2-year contract with the same employer. We can start processing from 61 days before the previous contract ends.

Service Fee: HKD $1,480

Estimated Time: 4-8 Weeks (after all documents are submitted)

  • The HK SAR Immigration Department’s visa fee
  • Contract notarization fee at the HK-Philippines Consulate
  • OWWA application fee
  • Document / Handling fee
  • No service charge collected from domestic helpers

Remarks:

  • The renewal process is complete when the helper’s employment visa is issued.

Refund Policy

  • Incomplete renewals are not refundable.
  • Confirmed renewal orders are neither transferable nor extendable.
  • In case of dispute, 1maid2 Limited reserves the right of final arbitration.
  • Work visa fees have increased from $230 to $330.
